After sitting out the entire preseason in a contract dispute, Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott has reportedly inked a six-year, $90 million extension--just five days before the team is set to kick off the regular season against the New York Giants. ESPN reports that Elliott is expected to be at practice Wednesday. On the field, Elliott has been spectacular, becoming just the fifth player since 1970 to lead the league in rushing twice in his first three seasons. But he's endured a slew of discouraging incidents off the field, having been suspended for six games in 2017 for allegedly assaulting a former girlfriend.
